PD Workshop Help Process
Follow the steps below to initiate a chat with our Support team!
Instructions
1. Click on the chat icon (you may have to wait for the site to fully load before this appears; icon will load in the lower right corner of the page).

2. Click on the “send us a message” button.

3. Click the “Need technical support” button.

4. Enter your Name, district email address (you will incur no spam from this), district name, and school name (type “N/A” if you are not assigned to one specific school), and select the name of the Amplify product you need technical support with.

5. You will receive a reply back: “Thank you! We will go ahead and connect you now with the appropriate team so that they can assist you.”

6. A support person will message you: “How may I assist you?”

7. You can then chat with the support person to get your technical issue resolved.
